OWNER MAJOR JEFFREY CALERO, A FULL BODY OFF RESTORATION, UPDATING SUSPENSION, WHEELS, TIRES, EXHAUST, REBUILDING ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, AND REAR, AT THE PRESENT TIME WE HAVE REMOVED THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND SECURED TO THE ROTISSERIE AND SENT OUTFOR SANDBLASTING, WE HAVE PUT TOGETHER A METAL AND STRUCTURAL PARTS LIST, CONSISTING OF COMPLETE INTERIOR FLOOR, TRUNK FLOOR, LS/RS QUARTER PANELS, LS/RS WHEELHOUSES, LS/RS TRUNK DROPS, REAR SEAT PAN, INNER ROCKERS, FRT AND REAR VALANCES, HOOD, & LS/RS FENDER PATCHES, AS WELL AS METAL REPAIR ON THE FIREWALL AND COWL, RECONDITIONING THE FRONT ENDURO BUMPER. THE FRAME WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED, DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUST AND LS REAR FRAME RAIL DAMAGE .

This 67 CAMARO RS....OWNER JUDE LAROSA, JUDE HAS OWNED THIS CAR FOR 28 YEARS, AND HE SAYS ITS TIME TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN, LOOKS LIKE WE ARE RESTO-MODDING THIS ONE!!!! WE HAVE COMPLETLEY DISMANTLED AND EVALUATED THE CAMARO, WE WILL BE SECURING THE BODY TO THE ROTISSERIE AND SENDING OUT THE SUB-FRAME TO THE POWDERCOATER.......WE WILL BE INSTALLING NEW FENDERS , DOORS VALANCES LR FLOOR PAN,FROM WHAT WE CAN SEE AT THIS POINT...... ONCE THE UNDERBODY AND FIREWALL ALONG WITH THE JAMS ARE SANDBLASTED WE WILL BE BETTER ABLE TO DETERMINE STRUCTURAL PANEL REPLACEMENT.......................WE WILL MEET WITH JUDE ON UPDATED SUSPENSION AND BRAKES AS WELL AS CRATE 502 BIG BLOCK AND OVERDRIVE TRANS...................AS WE MOVE FORWARD!

51 DODGE P.U- OWNER MIKE ROSENGARD STARTED OFF AS A PARTIAL RESTORATION, BUT AS RESTOS SOMETIMES GO, WE HAVE PROCEEDED TO REMOVE THE BODY FROM THE FRAME AS WELL AS REBUILD THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION, ONCE BODY WAS COMPLTELEY DISASSEMBLED WE NOTICED EXTENSIVE METAL REPAIR,AFTER COMPLETING RESTRUCTURING THE DOORS INSIDE AND OUT AS WELL AS FABRICATED INTERIOR FLOORS,WE WILL BE ADDING A COMPLETE NEW BED WITH OAK FLOORS ,REAR FENDERS AND RUNNING BOARDS WE ELECTED TO REMOVE THE DRIP RAILS AND CLOSE THE COWL VENT & RESTRUCTURE THE HOOD, ROCKERS AND HINGE PILLARS.....FINALLY THE METAL WORK WAS COMPLETE AND WE ATTACKED THE EXTENSIVE BODYWORK, BLOCK SANDED AND PRIMED ........WE NOW ARE SETTING UP FOR FINALIZING THE DRIVETRAIN AS WELL AS THE BRAKES AND SUSPENSION, AFTER THAT ITS SET BODY BACK ON THE COMPLETED FRAME ALONG WITH THE RECONDITIONED DRIVETRAIN, AND OFF TO PAINT ........LETS SEE HOW WE PROGRESS ......

MILES....................CAR LOOKED PRETTY SOLID UPON DISMANTLING , ONLY LOWER QUARTER REPAIR AND WHEELHOUSE PATCHWORK, ALSO UNDER BODY SUPPORT BRACES NEED REPLACEMENT ...COMMON ON EARLY CHEVYS......AFTER CAR WAS COMPLETELY STRIPPED AND SECURED TO ROTTISERIE WE SENT OUT FOR UNDERBODY , FIREWALL AND JAM SANDBLASTING ,UPON RECEIVING BACK FROM SANDBLASTER WE NOTICED THAT FLOORS AND TRUNK AREA WERE HIDDEN BY SOME PATCHWORK AS WELL AS EXCESSIVE RUSTEDED AREAS THIS CAR REQUIRED COMPLETE INTERIOR FLOORS AS WELL AS THE COMPLETE TRUNK FLOOR, NOW WE COULD HAVE PATCHED BUT , I RECOMMENDED TO NICK FULL FLOORS, BEST WAY TO GO .....MORE MONEY , BUT THIS CAR WARRANTS REPLACING.............................NOW WE HAVE COMPLETED FLOORS , ALL METAL WORK AND BODYWORK PRIMED AND MOVED TO SET BODY TO FRAME , THE FRAME WAS SENT OUT BLASTED AND POWDERCOATED AND REASSEMBLED WITH NEW SUSPENSION AND BRAKE COMPONENTS...................THE REAREND WAS COMPLETLY REBUILT AS WELL THE 409 WENT OUT FOR REBUILDING AND THE 4SPD WAS SERVICED.............................NOW THE BODY WAS REINSTALLED TO THE FRAME, AND SET-UP FOR PAINT AND PAINTED......................WE ARE NOW BEGININNG THE ASSEMBLY STAGE AND RECONDITIONING THE ORIGINAL COMPONENTS AS WELL AS ORDERING NEW PARTS.OK NOW THAT WE BROUGHT YOU UP TO SPEED...........................NEXT PROGRESS REPORT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS

( GREAT HAVING THE WIVES ON BOARD FOR ANY INPUT ) AND CAME UP WITH SOME ART WORK, SO WE CALLED IN CEASER, OUR AIR BRUSH AND DESIGN WIZARD WHO PERFORMED SOME AWESOME ARTWORK, WHICH WE THAN CLEARED, AFTER SOME HEAVY WET SANDING AND POLISHING WE ACHEIVED A BEAUTIFUL FINISH, NOW AFTER SOME CAREFUL REASSEMBLY AND SOME MINOR ADD-ONS WE SHOULD HAVE THIS ONE READY TO GO FOR SPRING TIME CRUISIN 09

55 CHEVY SEDAN DELIVERY ...RESTO-MOD...OWNER PAUL DIMAURO...PROJECT BEGAN 2004.........I PURCHASED IN 04 TO BEGIN A PLAN TO DO A PAIR OF 55 56 OR 57 CHEVYS ,...............BACK IN 1992 I HAD A PAIR OF TRI-5S...........A 1956 PRO-STREET BEL-AIR AND ALSO A 1956 CHEVY NOMAD..........BOTH PAINTED A TWO-TONE TEAL GREEN AND PEARL WHITE.......THEY WERE REAL NICE BUT NEVER WAS I ABLE TO BRING THEM TO LEVEL I HAD WANTED TO.......................I ALSO HAD NOT OWNED A RESTORATION SHOP AT THE TIME EITHER.......BACK THEN IT WAS ALL COLLISION.......WELL BAD CHOICES AS WELL AS MISFORTUNE LED ME TO SELL AND OR GIVE UP MY 2 PRIZED POSSESSIONS.........I SWORE TO MYSELF ONE DAY, I WOULD BUILD MYSELF THOSE TRI-5S AGAIN.........BETTER THAN BEFORE AS A SIGN TO MYSELF I HAD MADE IT BACK!!!!!!!! WELL NOW ITS 2009 17 YEARS LATER , AND THE REBUILDING HAS BEEN MOVING FORWARD OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS...........FIRST, MY 55 CHEVY SEDAN DELIVERY, I WANTED A RESTO-MOD LOOK, SO WE STARTED OUT BY REMOVING THE BODY FROM THE FRAME. WE THAN SMOOTHED OUT THE FRAME , REMOVED THE LEAF SPRINGS, AND INSTALLED AN AIR RIDE TECHNOLOGIES 4 LINK. WITH 4 WAY SHOCK WAVES .FOR BRAKES WE CHOSE 12 IN. WILWOOD BRAKES & ALSO CUT THE EXHAUST THRU THE FRAME. ONCE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON THE FRAME AND EVERYTHING WAS MOCKED UP, WE REMOVED ALL COMPONENTS & STARTED BODYWORK ON THE FRAME, PRIMED & PAINTED SUNSET ORANGE PEARL ( H.O.K. ) FOR THE ENGINE RIGHT NOW I HAVE A SMALL BLOCK L-82 FUEL INJECTED , PAINTED AND DETAILED TO MATCH THE FRAME, ALONG WITH A 700R4 OVERDRIVE UNIT. ( HOPING I DONT CHANGE MY MIND, THIS CAR CRAVES A BIG BLOCK ) THE BODY WAS SECURED TO THE ROTISSERIE AND THE UNDERBODY WAS SANDBLASTED AT THIS POINT I REALIZED THERE WAS TO MANY SMALL SWISS CHEESE HOLES , SO I ELECTED TO REPLACE THE COMPLETE FLOORS AND BRACES AS WELL AS THE LOWER QUARTERS AND INNER ROCKERS, I SMOOTHED OUT ALL THE HOLES IN THE BODY AND REMOVED THE FUEL DOOR , AND MOVED BEHIND THE LS TAILITE POCKET, WE MADE THE NOSE 1 PEICE CLOSING ALL THE SEAMS AND ALSO SHAVED THE DRIP RAILS,,AS WELL AS REMOVING THOSE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLESAND KEY HOLES WE ALSO REMOVED THE REAR LS / RS METAL PANELS SO WE CAN INSTALL REAR WINDOWS, THESE WILL BE CUSTOM MADE CURVED GLASS, I ALSO WANTED TO CHANGE THE INTERIOR LOOK A LITTLE SO I REMOVED THE RS METAL HUMP IN THE DASH AS WELL AS THE GLOVE BOX AND WELDEDAND GROUND, TO GIVE IT A REAL CLEAN SMOOTH LOOK, WE WILL BE FABRICATING A CENTER CONSOLE FROM FRONT TO BACK AND CONTOUR WITH THE REAR SEATS. THE BODY AT THIS POINT IS RESECURED TO THE FRAME AND WE WILL BE FABRICATING THE FUEL AND BRAKE LINES ALONG WITH WIRING HOPEFULLY I CAN KEEP MY CHANGES DOWN TO A MINIMUM AND FINISH THIS AWESOME TRI-5 SOON

INNER WHEELHOUSE REPAIRS, STRUCTURAL WORK AROUND REAR WINDOW ( WHICH LEFT OUTSIDE, REAR B-BODY DOESENT ? ) COMPLETE INTERIOR FLOORS, COMPLETE INNER AND OUTER ROCKERS , ROOF REPAIR, COMPLETE COWL ,LS/RS APRONS , RADIATOR SUPPORT, LS/RS FENDERS AS WELL AS THE UNFORGETTABLE SUPERBIRD NOSE........SOOOOOOOOOOO PARTS ....TONY STARTED OUT WITH GETTING 2 PARTS CARS FROM WHAT I CAN REMEMBER 1 FROM GEORGIA 1 FROM TENNESSEE , NOW MOPAR PEOPLE KNOWING B-BODYS BASICALLY, ALL THE SAME STRUCTURLY,GTX, SATELLITES, CORONETS , ROAD RUNNERS, CHARGERS, AND OF COURSE SUPERBIRDS, SO WE WENT AHEAD AND REMOVED THE FRAME RAILS FROM THE CORONET PARTS CAR, CLEANED AND BLASTED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND REMOVED THE ROTTED FRAME RAILS FROM THE BIRD , JIGGED UP THE BIRD AND AWAY WE WENT, AS STUCTURE WAS BEGINNING TO TAKE SHAPE TONY WENT OUT AND FOUND A TRUNK LID , CORONET HOOD , AND CORONET FENDERS, WE EXTRACTED THE COWL FROM THE CORONET PARTS CAR AS WELL AS THE LS/RS APRON , WE ORDERED AFTERMARKET QUARTERS AS WELL AS OUTER WHEELHOUSES , COMPLETE INTERIOR FLOORS , TRUNK FLOORS, ROCKERS,DOOR SKINS.......AFTER THE EXTENSIVE METAL WORK , BODY WORK BEGAN, WHILE TONY CONTRACTED TO HAVE THE STEEL SUPERBIRD NOSE FABRICATED ( JACK MCGAUGHEY IN LAWERENCEVILLE GA. ) AWESOME JOB!!!!!! ....SO NOW THE TASK TO FIT THE NOSE TO THE BODY/ FENDERS/ HOOD , NOW DONT FORGET WE HAVE TO FABRICATE THE CORONET HOOD WITH THE EXTENTION TO MAKE A SUPERBIRD HOOD ....SO WE REMOVE THE NEEDED AREA ON THE CORONET HOOD TO FIT THE EXTENTION, FIT THE HOOD TO THE CAR , AND BEGIN TO ALIGN THE NOSE , WE REMOVED THE RIVITS AND REALIGNED, WELDED, GRINDED AND FINISHED UP THE BODYWORK. FINAL SANDED AND DOUBLE CHECKED FOR FIT , MAKING SURE WE INSTALLED RUBBERS IN PROPER AREAS. WE THAN COMPLETED THE REST OF THE BODYWORK ON THE BIRD AND FINAL SANDED . NOW WAS TIME TO PRIME , BLOCKED AND SET UP FOR PAINT, WE ELECTED TO PAINT THE UNDERBODY 1ST , AND THAN SPRAYMASK ( COATING TO PROTECT AGAINST OVERSPRAY ) NOW THE SUBLIME GREEN LAID OUT NICE , REAL EASY SOLID COLOR BASE AND CLEARCOAT, PLUS IT COVERED REAL WELL, WE FINALIZED THE UNDERBODY AND SET-UP THE BODY 1ST IN THE BOOTH , SHOT THEM 4 COATS OF BASE THAN 3 COATS OF CLEAR, MOVED OUT OF BOOTH AND MOVED IN ALL THE PARTS DOORS, FENDERS, TRUNK , HOOD, WING AND EXTENTIONS , AS WELL AS ALL THE MISC. STUFF, AND REMEMBER MOPARS EVERYTHING GETS PAINTED FLOORS , INSIDE TRUNK AS WELL AS THE ENGINE BAY, SO NOW SAME PROCEDURE ALL PARTS COMPLETED AND PAINTED . NOW OFF TO WETSANDING, AND HANG ALL SHEETMETAL BACK ON BIRD...AT THIS TIME WE HAVE FINALIZED THE COMPLETE DRIVETRAIN, BRAKES AND SUSPENSION AND ARE WORKING WITH TONY TO COMPLETE THE REST OF THE PARTS WE WILL NEED TO FINISH THE BIRD......................LOOKING GOOD SO FAR!!!!!!!!!

MY MOTHER USED TO TAKE ME TO SCHOOL IN A 61 FALCON, I JUST HAD TO GET ONE , WELL THIS ONE WOULD GET YOU TO SCHOOL ALOT QUICKER....DONE PRO STREET, WITH A 450HP 302 ATTACHED TO AN AOD OVERDRIVE , 456 GEARS AND TRU-TRAC , ALONG WITH A COMPLETE HEIDTS FRONTEND, WE CHOSE TO PAINT THIS ONE HOUSE OF KOLORS COBALT BLUE WITH WHITE STRIPES, WE WILL BE FINALIZING THE WIRING, FUEL SYSTEM BRAKES AND INTERIOR OVER THE NEXT MONTH OR SO AND SHOULD BE READY TO CRUISE BY HOPEFULLY LATE SPRING....LETS SEE
